DISCLAIMER: ALL rules are subject to change, please keep up to date on all the rules to Project GIR!

All punishments are given at the discretion of the staff member(s). If you have been punished for violating any of these rules and would like to appeal or feel as if your punishment is unfair or too harsh, you may appeal via Project GIR’s ticket system.

Punishments across the Project GIR platforms may vary based on the specific rules of each platform. i.e. Discord, Minecraft Server, Social Media, etc.

Cheating:

Anything that gives the player an unfair advantage such as: Using any modification that shouldn’t be allowed, macros, scripts, etc…

To know more about an appropriate mod that can be used, contact any staff and they will assist you!

Bugs & Exploits:

Bugs that could be either from the server or Minecraft itself are not allowed to be abused, this can range from an item to crashing the server.

If any bug has been found, report it to staff as soon as possible to have it fixed

Respect Other Players:

Respecting other players is essential to provide a friendly environment to others and the community itself. This includes Toxicity, Hate Speech, Bigotry, and Racism.

If you experience this, please report it to staff as they will handle it

Threats:

Threats that could either be a joke or serious are not tolerated. We take these matters in earnest as it affects others.

Staff are trustworthy members, if you receive any kind of threat, feel free to inform them, even if privately

Advertisement:

Advertising content or promoting anything that’s not server related is not allowed.

Official Social media of the server can be shared, or if you add a friend in discord for example through direct message

Inappropriate Skin/Name:

We do not tolerate any inappropriate Skins and names. There are consequences for such actions.

Spamming:

Whether in chat or physically on the server is not allowed as it disturbs the friendly environment within the server.

Whether in character, sentence, or Any kind of spam is not allowed

Trading Account/Scamming:

Account responsibility is your responsibility. Do not share any account as it’s at your own risk. Scamming in the server that can range from an item to real-life deals isn’t allowed in the server.

Chargebacks:

Chargeback for any item or rank from the store is not allowed at all regardless of the circumstances.

If you experience any issues with the store, the staff member will happily assist you in handling the issue

Impersonation:

Impersonation of staff or any other member of the community isn’t allowed. As it does inflict confusion and may cause disturbance in the server.

Using similar skins is allowed, however using similar IGN or acting as the other player isn’t

English Public chat:

In public chat, English is the only language allowed as the staff members can tell whether the user is breaking a rule or not.

Players can use other languages in private messages as long they are following the rules

Rioting:

Rioting for/against staff decisions or for any other reason isn’t allowed to provide a healthy, friendly environment in the community.

If there is a complaint of staff behavior, raise a ticket

Punishment Evasion:

Logging into another account to bypass a mute or ban is not acceptable.

If players share the same address, they are required to verify to avoid this punishment

Trapping / Killing Players:

Killing players who have pvp toggled off is not allowed, this includes trapping or using lava buckets/any other method.

PvP is only allowed when both players have it toggled on and mutually agree to it. PVP in /warp pvp is a free game, however misleading players to /warp pvp is not allowed.
